2. Description of Service

Token Sherpa is a decentralized application (dApp) built on the Solana blockchain that enables users to:

• Stake tokens and earn rewards
• Participate in referral programs
• Manage their digital assets
• Access blockchain-based financial services

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
• Be solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any fraudulent or malicious activities
• Not attempt to manipulate or exploit the Platform

4. Risks and Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency investments carry inherent risks
• Token values can be highly volatile
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Past performance does not guarantee future results

5. Limitation of Liability

Token Sherpa and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

6. Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Services are not available to persons or entities in the following jurisdictions:

• United States and its territories
• Mainland China, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk
• Any jurisdiction under comprehensive sanctions by the U.S., UN, EU, or UK
• Any jurisdiction where crypto or DeFi services are prohibited or require unlicensed operations

By using the Platform, you represent that you are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction, are not a restricted person, will not use VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions, and comply with all applicable laws. The Platform bears no liability for prohibited use.

7. Staking and Rewards

Regarding staking and rewards:

• Staked tokens are locked for a predetermined period
• Rewards are calculated based on staking duration and amount
• Reward rates may change without prior notice
• Early withdrawal may result in penalties or loss of rewards
• The Platform reserves the right to modify staking terms

8. Referral Program

The referral program is subject to specific terms and conditions. Token Sherpa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Fraudulent referral activities will result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Token Sherpa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

Token Sherpa reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
